What is the Process?

Select the typology and floor plan that best suits your plot and needs. Modifications to the presented floor plans are possible so you can have your ideal home.
2. Customization
Choose the shape of your home and combine façade, roofing and interior materials to your liking.
3. Planning Permission
Once the project is defined, we handle the submission to the relevant local council for project approval and building permit.
4. Manufacturing
After the project is approved by the council, your home will begin production in our factory, in a controlled and planned environment, ensuring deadlines are met and a high standard of technical quality is maintained.
5. Delivery
Once factory construction is complete and your plot has been prepared, the home will be transported and installed on site.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in my house?
The house is delivered with complete sanitary installations, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, air conditioning pre-installation and solar panel pre-installation. Note: sanitary installations and the kitchen can be customized.
What can I build on my plot?
We carry out a preliminary assessment of the construction viability of your plot.
Can my house be adapted to any type of terrain?
Yes, our system is highly versatile when it comes to adapting to each specific plot. It is always possible to integrate the house regardless of the plot shape, sun orientation and views, through volume rotation and different window positions. For sloped terrain, we also have adaptable solutions.
Can I install my house on a rural plot?
Yes, as long as the land is located in a buildable zone. The fact that a plot is classified as rural in the land registry does not necessarily mean construction is prohibited. However, we will always carry out a preliminary assessment of the construction viability of your plot.
Do i need to license my house?
Yes, it is required by law.
How long does it take to build my house?
The average factory construction time is 4 to 6 months, depending on the size and typology of the house.
Who prepares the plot for installation?
This is the responsibility of the owner. However, if needed, we can provide this service, subject to an assessment of the location and plot characteristics.
Who prepares the infrastructure for installation (water, electricity, drainage)?
This is the responsibility of the owner. However, if needed, we can provide this service, subject to an assessment of the location and plot characteristics.
Is the foundation included (slab or footings)?
This is the responsibility of the owner. However, if needed, we can provide this service, subject to an assessment of the location and plot characteristics.
Is the architectural project included?
Yes, the architectural project is included, as well as the submission for council approval (excluding council fees and specialist engineering reports).
Is transport included?
Transport is not included. However, we can arrange this service.
What is the installation process?
Once factory construction is complete and the plot is prepared, the home is transported to the site and installed.
Can I customise my house?
Yes, it is possible to modify and adapt the floor plan to your needs. Customisation of the sanitary installations and kitchen is also possible, subject to a separate quotation.
Can I have a garage, outbuildings and a porch?
Yes. The integration of a garage, outbuildings and porches is possible through our smaller modules, which ensure aesthetic harmony and continuity with the main home.
Can I use a bank loan to finance construction?
Yes, subject to agreement with the bank to allow monitoring of the factory construction process and release of loan instalments in line with construction progress.
What VAT rate applies to the construction?
23%. However, a legislative amendment is currently underway that will allow, in the near future, a reduced 6% VAT rate to be applied to the construction of primary residences.
What is the warranty period?
5 years.
What are the thermal comfort levels of the house?
Our insulation levels significantly exceed regulatory requirements and are in line with best practices for thermal performance and energy conservation.
What type of window frames does the house have?
The window frames are aluminium with thermal break and double glazing, ensuring maximum thermal and acoustic comfort. Different frame colours are available from our catalogue.
